James Joseph Morrissey, III (Joe) has special expertise in handling difficult and contentious real estate matters. Meticulous and personable, his pre-closing preparations help circumvent postponements and other unexpected and time-consuming obstacles. He works not only in New York City, but also throughout New York State, on Long Island, and in Ulster, Putnam, Rockland and Orange counties, north of New York City, representing buyers and sellers of real estate, both personal and commercial.
