Heather O'Neill graduated from the University of North London, receiving her law degree (LL.B.) with Honors in 1991. She graduated from the Inns of Court School of Law in London in 1992 and is a recipient of the Barristers Full Certificate Award of England and Wales. While in London, she represented criminal clients in court cases.
In 1997, she was admitted to the New York State Bar.
Before joining Morrissey & Morrissey, LLP, she gained additional litigation experience representing clients in Workers' Compensation matters.
As an associate at Morrissey & Morrissey, LLP, she currently focuses her practice on litigation, estate planning and probate matters.
